Ambition to Action operates in the funding local authorities of East Sussex County Council’s: Eastbourne, Lewes, Rother, and Wealden. Its focus on inclusivity, digital transformation, and low-carbon transition directly supports the county’s mission to become a place where “people live and work well” by 2050.

By providing insightful business diagnostic and action planning, tailored support and specialist expertise ‘Ambition to Action’ will enhance productivity, foster sustainable business practices, and respond effectively to technological shifts and evolving market demands.

This project is funded by the UK government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund, and the partnership between Lewes, Eastbourne, Rother, and Wealden District Councils. It is managed by East Sussex County Council and delivered by Oxford Innovation Advice.
